With a lengthy portfolio of diverse projects including industrial plants, bridge removals, structural implosions, tank farm enclosures, foundation removals and selective interior demolition, NDC has a solid history and unmatched safety performance record in heavy industry performance. An expert in abatement services as well, NDC provides all the ancillary support services needed to provide turnkey operations.

We specialize in complete site clearances. However, demolition projects come in many sizes, shapes and forms. Our highly trained project managers, heavy equipment operators and specialized labor forces can handle any demolition project; no job is too big or too small!

These are just a few of the key demolition services provided:

  • Building Strip Outs
  • High Rise Interior Demolition
  • Heavy Below Grade Foundations
  • Restricted Access or Remote Demolition
  • Plant Demolitions
  • Tower, Smoke Stack and Tank Demolition
  • Controlled Implosions of Buildings and Structures
  • Site Clearing and Excavation
  • Facility Decommissioning

Deconstruction or “green demolition” is among the most environmentally sound methods of demolition. We implement and utilize well thought out processes designed to reclaim and reuse materials for use in future construction projects. We currently average an 85% extraction and recycle rate.

We manage the waste materials generated through demolition. We take all of the scrap metals such as copper, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. They are then sized (if necessary), sorted and recycled.

Whenever possible, we crush concrete into various useable aggregate materials for reuse as backfill on new construction projects. In addition, we seek to send all “Green Waste” (i.e. trees, plants and shrubbery) to facilities that will either compost the materials or use them a “Hog” fuels for burning at a cogeneration plant.

Bricks are shaved, stacked and palletized whenever practical for sale and reuse.

Lastly, we use the latest Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 demolition machinery, further exemplifying our commitment to green demolition.

Disaster can strike in many ways and forms. When it does, rapid response time is crucial. Our disaster relief management staff is available 24/7 and can mobilize our complete labor force and wide array of equipment at a moment’s notice. From roadway roll overs to hazardous material spills and/or unforeseen natural disasters, we are always ready.

The key to surviving a disaster or an emergency is pre-planning. The proper contingency plan can not only be the difference in surviving, but preventing costly damages as well. Because of our huge Caterpillar equipment inventory, many local and state agencies have added National Demolition Contractors to their emergency response list. Our cost effective “door to door” comprehensive emergency response procedures provide for a well-designed and implemented plan that is constantly updated as demands and situations dictate.
